Are you wanting to upgrade the sounds and performance of your Ford Falcon? An exhaust is one of the best ways to improve the sound, and transform the driving experience of your vehicle. This high quality, Australian made Manta exhaust system for the Falcon replaces the factory exhaust system, including the headers off the engine*. It gives some good gains, particularly removing the restrictions of the standard system, adding responsiveness down low in the rev range. The system is available with a large straight-through muffler, which keeps the exhaust noise level close to the factory levels, with no annoying drone inside the cab. We've also got other options to give you more noise, including hotdog and pipe-only options for a much louder note. The mandrel bends and straight through mufflers on our exhaust system ensure the highest possible flow, and along with that comes maximum performance and fuel economy. Choose from your choice of materials, being aluminized steel, or 409 grade stainless steel.

Complete Manta exhaust system, available in mandrel bent dual 2.5″ and dual 3″ tubing. Choose between a complete exhaust system with extractors, or a "cat-back" system, replacing the last two sections of the standard exhaust. Original bumper will need modifying to suit the twin left & right outlets.

The stock exhaust for the BA and BF XR8 and FPV ute with the BOSS 260 and BOSS 290 V8 had a dual exit out the driver's side only. However for the ultimate in looks and performance, Manta is able to offer a quad tip exhaust system, exiting out the driver and passenger side. This system does require modification of the bumper, to allow for the extra cut-out, but the results make it more than worthwhile! The dual exit design gives the Falcon a distinctive "stereo" sound, due to each bank of cylinders exiting out separate sides of the vehicle, rather than both coming out the same side as with the stock exhaust system.

The cat back systems are ideal if you already have aftermarket headers and cats, or are just looking for improved sound, while the full systems with extractors deliver the best gains, have a throatier sound, and are essential if you are performing other engine modifications such as supercharging. High-flow straight through mufflers are used to control drone, while still allowing maximum performance, and giving off a deep throaty tone. Everything needed to install the exhaust, including a new chassis bracket for the passenger side, is included in the package.
