This high quality, Australian made Manta exhaust system for the Falcon replaces the factory exhaust system, including the headers off the engine*. It gives some good gains, particularly removing the restrictions of the standard system, adding responsiveness down low in the rev range. The system is available with a large straight-through muffler, which keeps the exhaust noise level close to the factory levels, with no annoying drone inside the cab. We've also got other options to give you more noise, including hotdog and pipe-only options for a much louder note. The mandrel bends and straight through mufflers on our exhaust system ensure the highest possible flow, and along with that comes maximum performance and fuel economy. Complete Manta exhaust system, available in mandrel bent dual 2.5″ and dual 3″ tubing. Choose between a complete exhaust system with extractors, or a "cat-back" system, replacing the last two sections of the standard exhaust.

The 5.0L BOSS supercharged Coyote/Miami motor in the FG FPV and FG-X range was introduced when the previous 5.4L V8 could no longer meet emissions standards. Producing a huge 335kw, the performance of this engine was nevertheless hindered by the restrictive stock exhaust system, and substantial gains can be realised by fitting a Manta Performance exhaust upgrade.

The stock exhaust on these vehicles was a quad exit design, meaning fitting the Manta exhaust gives the FPV a distinctive "stereo" sound, due to each bank of cylinders exiting out separate sides of the vehicle, rather than both coming out the same side as with the stock exhaust system on previous models. The stock headers and cats on the 5.0L FG have been proven to support over 400rwkw, and a cat back exhaust is all that's required unless you are doing serious performance modifications. However the full systems with extractors have a throatier sound, but are really only necessary if you are chasing high power figures.

High-flow straight through mufflers are used in all FG Coyote/Miami systems to control drone, while still allowing maximum performance, and giving off a deep throaty tone. For the ultimate in power and sound, the 3″ dual system is the only one of its kind available for the Falcon, while the 2.5″ dual generally provides more than enough flow for most applications, and still sounds fantastic.
