This high quality, Australian made Manta exhaust system for the Falcon replaces the factory exhaust system, including the headers off the engine*. It gives some good gains, particularly removing the restrictions of the standard system, adding responsiveness down low in the rev range. The system is available with a large straight-through muffler, which keeps the exhaust noise level close to the factory levels, with no annoying drone inside the cab. We've also got other options to give you more noise, including hotdog and pipe-only options for a much louder note. The mandrel bends and straight through mufflers on our exhaust system ensure the highest possible flow, and along with that comes maximum performance and fuel economy. Complete Manta exhaust system, available in mandrel bent 2.5″, 3″, and dual 2.5″ tubing. Choose between a complete exhaust system with extractors, or a "cat-back" system, replacing the last two sections of the standard exhaust.

The V8 made a return to the Falcon fold with the EB model, having been absent since 1984 in the XD. The 5.0L V8 Windsor motor was imported from the US, and made up to 175kw (depending on the model and specification), however this figure was restricted by the factory exhaust system, which ran as small as a single 2 1/4″ pipe! This meant the engine was restricted at high RPMs, and lacked low down torque and responsiveness.

By fitting an upgraded Manta exhaust system, significant benefits can be experienced, including a throaty V8 exhaust note (with no drone), increased power and torque, and improved fuel economy.

The 2.5″ single exhaust is ideal as a budget replacement for your stock exhaust, while still giving some performance gains. The 3″ single exhaust system gives good increases in power and torque, while for the ultimate in sound and performance, the dual 2.5″ exhaust is the way to go!

It's the only dual 2.5″ exhaust available in Australia for the 5.0L V8 EA - EL Falcon, and therefore a very unique and desirable upgrade to your vehicle. The full exhaust system with extractors will give the most noticeable increases in power and torque, while the cat back system is ideal if you are just looking for better sound, or a replacement for your stock exhaust system.
